Brushfire was recently one of 350 small businesses selected to receive a grant from the Backing Small Businesses program, presented by American Express in partnership with Main Street America. Pottery Painting
Brushfire Art Studios is a walk-in art studio with over 200 pieces of pottery to choose from. Aspiring artists select ceramic mugs, plates, holiday-themed figurines, bowls, and whimsical planters. A variety of colors and tools (like sponges, stencils, and stamps) as well as experienced staff, make it easy to create a piece to be proud of. Simply select, paint, label, and leave for finishing. Studio staff will then glaze and fire each piece in the studio kiln. Artists are notified when their pieces are ready for pick up (usually within 7-10 days).
Canvas Painting
In addition to pottery, guests might choose from a wide variety of pre-sketched canvas paintings. Selections include florals, landscapes, sports and holiday themes, animals (like cows or happy sloths) and portraits. The studio provides aprons, tools, and paints, as well as full instructions. Bring friends and book a party!
Wine Glass Painting
A fantastic third option is wine glass painting. Guests choose two glasses -- stemmed or unstemmed -- and work with the provided tools and patterns to create their next dinner party conversation piece.
Parties
With 6 or more people, you can reserve a party. Brushfire can accommodate over 60 painters and still have space left for food and beverages. Parties last 2 1/2 - 3 hours, but the memories last forever.
